Chef's Dinner Series Presents... From Storm to Table

July 19, 2018

Chef’s Dinner Series has joined up with Chef Mario Pagan and Michelin-starred chef Brad Farmerie to raise funds for disaster relief in Puerto Rico. Proceeds will be directed to the efforts of World Central Kitchen's chefs who feed, educate, and employ the victims of natural and economic disasters. In the words of Founder/Chairman Jose Andres:

"Since our inception, our work has affected communities in Puerto Rico, Brazil, Cambodia, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Nicaragua, Zambia, and the United States. Please join us as we use the power of food to empower communities and strengthen economies.."

At our dinner, we will receive an additional update from World Central Kitchen's Executive Director, Nate Mook.

Please consider joining us for this worthy cause and a fun time featuring hand-crafted cocktails courtesy of Don Q Rum, and authentic Haute-Caribbean cuisine expertly prepared by Chef Mario in collaboration with Chef Brad. The exquisitely appointed venue for this fabulous event has been generously provided by our friends at Saxon & Parole , one of the premiere restaurants in the City. What could be better than fine food, a beautiful space and a great cause? Thank you for your consideration and support!

P.S.
If you can't make it, please consider chipping in what you can to support the effort. Gracias!
